We deliver to airport post offices as below.
You can pick up your device after your arrival at the Airport Post Office. Please check Airport Post Office open hours.

*Post boxes are located in front of passenger security screening in the departure lobby on the 4th floor and in the arrival lobby on the 1st floor.

Haneda airport post office (Open Monday to Friday)only in the domestic terminal. You can take free shuttle buses from the international terminal to the domestic terminal.

**In case of a flight delay, there is a possibility that you can’t pick up your ordered item. If your flight is scheduled to arrive less than 2 hours prior to close time of the post office, we highly recommend you to receive your ordered item at your hotel or where you stay. Please be noticed that you will be responsible if you couldn’t get your ordered items due to late arrival. (In that case, we will arrange to transfer your item to where you are staying, it will take one or more days, and an additional transport charge) No refund can be done for the lost days.**

Hotel

The recipient’s name must be same as the BOOKING NAME at the hotel.
The package will be sent to the front desk at your staying hotel. Please make the recipient’s name same as the booking name at the hotel. If  hotel staff cannot find a booking under the name on the package, they will refuse it and it will be returned to us.

In that case, we will arrange to send the replacement for your item to where you are staying hotel again, it will take one or more days, and an additional transport charge for 10USD. No refund can be done for the lost days.

Residential Address

We deliver to residential addresses such as your friend’s house, For these types of accommodations, we request the residence name / in care of name / room number is requested for ensured delivery. **For Airbnb or same type of accommodations delivery address Since we have been getting several cases where we do not receive the correct household name for an Airbnb address, and delivery had been unsuccessful for some customers, it is strongly recommended that you request delivery to the nearest post office to you if you are planning on staying at an Airbnb address.*

Most of the post offices in Japan close early (around 5pm on weekdays) and do not open on weekends and holidays. However, there are post offices that are open 24/7.
